Steve Segall is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business focusing on clients in the consumer retail sector.

Mr. Segall has been involved in numerous transactions across the food, beverage and personal care sectors, including the sale of Beautycounter to Carlyle, TreeHouse Foods’ acquisition of the majority of Ebro’s Riviana Foods U.S.-branded pasta business, and goPuff’s acquisition of BevMo!

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Segall was a vice president in the consumer retail group at Moelis & Co., where he worked for five years.

Mr. Segall attended Cornell University and majored in biological engineering technology and minored in applied economics and management. He earned his MBA at the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell.
