First Quarter Net Revenues of $580.8 million on a U.S. GAAP basis and $587.3 million on an Adjusted basis increased 2% on both a U.S. GAAP and an Adjusted basis versus First Quarter 2023.

Evercore announced today that Mark Lipacis has joined Evercore ISI as a senior managing director to lead research coverage of semiconductor and capital equipment companies.

Mr. Lipacis brings over 25 years of semiconductor device and semi-cap equipment investing expertise. He joined Evercore from Jefferies and has sell-side experience across Wall Street, including with Morgan Stanley, Prudential and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Lipacis ranked No. 1 in Institutional Investor’s All-America Research poll for the past two years and is well recognized for his thematic industry content, client focus and creative marketing strategies. He holds a master’s in electrical engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Evercore announced today that Marcelo Pizzimbono has joined Evercore ISI as a senior managing director and head of sales.

Mr. Pizzimbono has more than 30 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, he was managing partner at CrossRegional Management, where he helped build one of the leading alternative private credit/direct lending companies in Latin America. Prior to that, he was a managing director and head of U.S. institutional equity franchise sales at Goldman Sachs, and a managing director and head of global prime brokerage sales and U.S. equity sales at Deutsche Bank. He also spent 10 years in equity sales at Goldman Sachs, and three working for JPMorgan in Latin American sales.

Fourth Quarter and Full Year Net Revenues were $784.2 million and $2.4 billion, respectively, on a U.S. GAAP basis and $790.3 million and $2.4 billion, respectively, on an Adjusted basis. Full Year 2023 Net Revenues decreased 12% on both a U.S. GAAP and an Adjusted basis versus 2022.

Evercore announced today that Sarah Bianchi has rejoined Evercore ISI as a senior managing director and chief strategist of international political affairs and public policy.

Ambassador Bianchi has nearly 30 years’ experience in both the public and private sector. Most recently, she served as deputy U.S. Trade Representative from 2021 to 2024, overseeing critical trading relationships across Asia and Africa. Her portfolio covered all aspects of trade, including sustainable supply chains, onshoring-shoring, energy transition, tariffs, technology, global trade agreements, labor, advanced technology and the environment.
