Steffen Landauer is a senior managing director and head of talent development at Evercore.

His prior roles include managing director of the Pine Street Leadership Development Group at Goldman Sachs, chief learning officer for Citigroup, and head of executive and leadership development for Hewlett Packard. He also ran his own consulting firm in leadership and talent development for several years.

Mr. Landauer serves on the board of directors of the Tribal Link Foundation in New York.

He earned a B.A. in economics from Columbia College.
