Ryan Schoenig
Ryan Schoenig is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business focused on the information and media sectors.
Mr. Schoenig’s notable transaction experience includes advising S&P Global on its acquisition of The Climate Service, Appriss on its sale of Appriss Insights to Equifax, Sphera on its sale to Blackstone, Clarivate Analytics on its acquisition of ProQuest, Boats Group on its sale to Permira, StarCompliance on its growth investment from Marlin Equity Partners, Red Ventures on its acquisition of CNET Media Group, and Gartner on its acquisition of CEB.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Schoenig was a research analyst at RDG Capital, a value-focused investment firm, and an analyst at Credit Suisse.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Princeton University.
