Parul Seth is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business focused on the healthcare industry.

Ms. Seth has worked extensively with European clients across subsectors of the healthcare industry and has more than 15 years of relevant experience.

Notable transactions include advising Medacta on its initial public offering; Bain Capital/Cinven on the acquisition and subsequent minority squeeze-out for STADA Arzneimittel; Evox Therapeutics on its Series B private placement; Advent on the Zentiva International acquisition financing; EQT on the Sivantos Pte/Widex merger financing; Siemens Healthineers on its IPO; ConvaTec on its IPO and subsequent selldowns by Nordic Capital and Avista Capital; Lonza Group on its acquisition of Capsugel; and Galenica on the IPO of Galenica Sante.

Ms. Seth previously was at Goldman Sachs in the European healthcare team. Earlier in her career, she was at McKinsey & Co. in the Washington, D.C., and New Delhi offices.

She earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Delhi.
