Michael Tarulli is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business and helps lead the firm’s aerospace, defense and government services franchise.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Tarulli spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was the global head of aerospace, defense and government services, advising on many of the sector’s prominent transactions.

Recent deals include the sale of Raytheon’s actuation business to Safran; the sale of MB Aerospace to Barnes; the sale of ManTech to Carlyle; the acquisition of Maxar by Advent; the acquisition of Aerojet Rocketdyne by L3Harris; the sale of CAES Space Systems to Veritas; the merger of Vectrus and Vertex to form V2X; the sale of Communications & Power Industries to The Jordan Company; the sale of Perspecta to Peraton; the acquisition of L3Harris’ military training division by CAE; the acquisitions of Xator, Braxton, QRC, and OGSystems by Parsons; the sale of FLIR to Teledyne; the sale of StandardAero to Carlyle; and the merger of L3 Technologies and Harris.

Mr. Tarulli serves on the New York City Board of Advisors for Children of Fallen Patriots.

He holds an MBA from New York University, a B.S. in finance from Villanova University and a chartered financial analyst designation.
