Lucida Plummer
Lucida Plummer is a managing director and Evercore’s chief diversity officer.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Plummer was the global head of employee DE&I at JPMorgan Chase, where she was responsible for driving the global DE&I strategy internally for all employees. Previously, she was the head of diversity for the asset & wealth management business at JPMorgan, supporting the private bank and various business across asset management, including equities, alternatives, solutions, global market insights and fixed income.
Ms. Plummer has over 20 years of experience in HR and diversity, equity and inclusion, and has worked for such companies as Wyndham Worldwide, MetLife and Oxygen Media.
She has a Master of Science in human resource management from Mercy College and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the State University at Albany. She is also on the board of the NYC Police Athletic League.
