Lior Shimoni is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Shimoni has advised Israeli clients on strategic and financing transactions, including Cellwize Wireless Technologies’ sale to Qualcomm Technologies; RADA Electronic Industries’ sale to DRS; Orbotech’s sale to KLA-Tencor; Orbotech’s acquisitions of Photon Dynamics and Frontline; SuperDerivatives’ sale to Intercontinental Exchange; and Tambour’s sale to Kusto Group. In addition, Mr. Shimoni has been involved in multiple initial public offerings and equity transactions of Israeli companies, including Orbotech, Mellanox Technologies, Tufin Software Technologies, Caesarstone, Kornit Digital, ADO Properties and ReWalk Robotics. He has also been involved in over 20 fixed income transactions for the state of Israel and Israeli companies.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Shimoni was a director at Barclays Israel and worked for Lehman Brothers, where he advised on a broad range of M&A and financing transactions.

Mr. Shimoni graduated magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University with a bachelor’s in economics, accounting and business management.
