Kerry Burke
Kerry Burke is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice focused on consumer and retail.
Since joining Evercore, Ms. Burke has advised clients on a number of strategic transactions across M&A, private capital raises, initial public offerings and other public financing transactions. Notable transactions include Foot Locker’s acquisition of WSS, Foot Locker’s acquisition of atmos, Coach on its acquisition of Kate Spade, Boll & Branch on its investment by L Catterton, Arbor Investments on its sale of Rise Baking, Petco on its IPO, Academy Sports and Outdoors on its IPO, Levi Strauss on its IPO, Serta Simmons Bedding on its new money financing, and David’s Bridal on its restructuring.
Ms. Burke began her career at J.P. Morgan.
She graduated from Northwestern University, where she earned a B.S. in communication studies and political science and a minor in business institutions. Ms. Burke co-founded the Women in Business club and was on the Varsity Golf team. She also obtained her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with majors in finance as well as management and strategy.
