Jessup Shean is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business focused on financial sponsors.

Ms. Shean’s select transaction experience at Evercore includes advising FLASH on its capital raise; Qualcomm on its acquisition of Veoneer; TPG on its IPO; Academy Sports on its IPO; and independent directors of the board of First Data on the company’s sale to Fiserv.

Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Shean was a principal at Greenhill & Co., where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, including Supervalu on its sale of Save-A-Lot; TEGNA on its spinoff of Cars.com; and Heartland Payment Systems on its sale to Global Payments. She began her career in J.P. Morgan’s ECM group and was based in both New York and Hong Kong.

Ms. Shean earned a B.S. from Brown University and a J.D./MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
