Jason Lee is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business focused on M&A, sale and capital raising transactions. His sector expertise includes digital infrastructure, digital infrastructure services, and IT/managed services.

Mr. Lee’s notable transactions include advising PSP Investments on its acquisition of Radius Global Infrastructure; ODATA on its sale to Aligned Data Centers; Colt on its acquisition of Lumen’s EMEA business; Vitruvian on its acquisition of a majority interest in Meriplex; CoreSite on its sale to American Tower; Masergy on its sale to Comcast; CBRE Caledon on its acquisition of CitySwitch; SummitIG on its minority stake sale to Harrison Street; InSite Wireless on its sale to American Tower; CTI Towers on its sale to Melody; MSIP on its acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Lightpath; and AT&T on its acquisition of FiberTower.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Lee was with Moelis & Co.

Mr. Lee graduated from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor with an A.B. in economics.
