Dale Addeo is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group.

Mr. Addeo is responsible for originating and advising owners of private financial assets (both general partners and limited partners) on strategic and sale transaction alternatives available to them in the secondary market. He has more than a decade of experience advising clients across a range of strategic transactions, and has represented numerous market-leading sponsors on continuation funds, LP tenders, and recapitalization and restructuring transactions, as well as a broad range of institutional limited partners on secondary sales.

Mr. Addeo graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in finance and accounting from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
