Adam Taetle is a senior managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business and focuses on clients across the consumer retail sector.

Over his more than 25-year career, he has advised on a number of notable transactions, including Campbell’s acquisition of Sovos Brands; Spin Master’s acquisition of Melissa & Doug; the sale of Sugar Foods to Pritzker Private Capital; Post Holdings’ acquisition of Select Pet Brands from The J.M. Smucker Co.; Keurig Dr. Pepper’s minority investment in Nutrabolt; Treehouse’s sale of its Meal Prep Business to InvestIndustrial; Bellring Brands initial public offering; the sale of Pinnacle Foods to Conagra Brands; Kellogg’s sale of Keebler to Ferrero Group; Energizer Holdings’ acquisition of the Spectrum Battery Business; Wm. Wrigley Jr.’s sale to Mars; and Kellogg’s acquisition of Pringles from Proctor and Gamble.

Prior to joining Evercore, he was co-head of the global consumer retail group at Barclays and a managing director at Goldman Sachs & Co.

Mr. Taetle has a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
