Vijay Jayant is a senior managing director and head of Evercore ISI’s Media & Communications Services research team.

Mr. Jayant has been an Institutional Investor-ranked analyst for the past 14 years, most recently earning a 2023 runner-up status in both the media and the cable, satellite & telecom services categories.

Prior to joining Evercore ISI, Mr. Jayant was an analyst at Citadel. He also worked as a senior analyst and sector head for media, internet & communications at Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Earlier in his career, he was a senior analyst with Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns.

Mr. Jayant holds a B.A. in economics from Clark University.
