Zohar Keller is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory group focusing on the industrial sector.

Mr. Keller has advised clients on over $100 billion of M&A transactions over the past 15 years. Examples include CIRCOR’s sale to KKR; IAA’s sale to Ritchie Brothers; Leonardo DRS’s reverse merger with RADA; Meritor’s sale to Cummins; Elkay’s merger with Zurn Water; ABB Dodge’s sale to RBC Bearings; Hillenbrand’s acquisition of Milacron; and General Cable’s sale to Prysmian.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Keller spent nine years in the M&A group at J.P. Morgan, where he served as a managing director focused on industrial clients. He also held the position of head of treasury at Harvard University, where he oversaw the university’s debt capital markets and treasury operations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Keller worked in M&A advisory at Lazard investment bank.

Mr. Keller earned an MBA in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and an LL.B. in law and a B.A. in accounting from Tel Aviv University.
