Yan Ling is a managing director in Evercore’s Real Estate Strategic Advisory group. She is responsible for originating, developing and managing the group’s mandates across funds, joint ventures, recapitalizations, sales and minority stake/entity-level investments. She is also involved with the coverage of institutional investors and asset managers globally.

Prior to Evercore, Ms. Ling was a principal and founding member of Greenhill & Co.’s real assets capital advisory group, which focused on advisory and capital raising for real estate private equity sponsors. Before joining Greenhill, she began her career in Credit Suisse’s real estate private funds group.

Ms. Ling earned a B.S. from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
