Will Jurist

Will Jurist is a managing director in Evercore’s investment banking practice, advising clients on M&A, capital raising, restructuring and other strategic and financial matters across the consumer retail sector.

Since joining Evercore in 2012, Mr. Jurist has advised clients on several high-profile transactions, including Whole Foods on its sale to Amazon, Pinnacle Foods on its sale to Conagra Brands, Coach on its acquisition of Kate Spade, Krispy Kreme on its sale of a majority stake in Insomnia Cookies, and Kellogg on its sale of Keebler Brands to Ferrero Group, along with several other notable transactions across foodservice, food and specialty retail.

Prior to Evercore, Mr. Jurist worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division, with roles in New York, Dubai and Riyadh.

He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Morehouse College with a B.A. in economics and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
