Victor Chan

Victor Chan is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice focused on the technology sector.

Mr. Chan brings over a decade of experience advising leading technology companies and financial sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private capital raises, activism defense and other strategic activities. Clients represented by Mr. Chan include Amphenol, Bel Fuse, Corning, Ericsson, FARO Technologies, IDEX, Konica Minolta, Lumentum, Matrox, Molex, MTS Systems, Rackspace, Razer, Roku, SLDLaser, SnapAV, Source Photonics, Sound United, TE Connectivity, Universal Display and Virgin Pulse.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Chan was in the investment banking practice of Citigroup’s institutional clients group.  Earlier in his career, he was at Standard & Poor’s.

Mr. Chan earned a B.S. an MBA from Georgetown University.
