Tyler Zittergruen
Tyler Zittergruen is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group.
Mr. Zittergruen is responsible for originating, developing and managing secondary market transactions for owners and managers of private financial assets seeking liquidity in the secondary market. He has extensive experience with advising financial sponsors on strategic transactions, including continuation funds, single asset deals, fund recapitalizations, tender offers, capital raises and other liquidity solutions. Mr. Zittergruen also has extensive relationships with institutional investors across the United States and works closely with LPs on strategic sales. He has represented public and private pensions, endowments, foundations, financial institutions and family offices on these transactions.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Zittergruen was a member of the secondary advisory team within Park Hill Group at PJT Partners (formerly The Blackstone Group). In this role, he focused on providing strategic advice to institutional investors on the disposal of financial assets and to alternative asset managers seeking to reposition their platforms. Earlier in his career, he focused on M&A at BMO Capital Markets within the business services and media group.
Mr. Zittergruen earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Iowa.
