Tressa Vrba
Tressa J. Vrba is a senior managing director and the chief operating officer of the Human Capital Group. She also oversees the firm’s compensation, equity administration and the HR data and analytics functions.
Ms. Vrba joined Evercore in 2006 and spent five years in the finance department in various roles, including controller for the institutional equities and private equity groups and manager of the firm’s equity administration function.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at William Blair in Chicago as controller for the private equity and mezzanine funds and as an accountant for the debt capital markets groups. Previously, Ms. Vrba was an auditor with RNS Chartered Accountants in England and for KPMG in Chicago.
Ms. Vrba earned a B.S.B.A. in accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
