Terri Fortuna is the chief operating officer of Evercore ISI and a senior managing director.

Ms. Fortuna began her financial services career as vice president and U.S. head of publishing in the equity research department of Morgan Stanley. She rose to the position of executive director and global operations officer of research, where she was responsible for administrative personnel, facilities, support infrastructure, financial management and risk management. She joined Lehman Brothers in 2007 as senior vice president and transitioned to Barclays Capital in 2008 as director and U.S. head of sourcing, responsible for vendor negotiations and supplier risk management.

Prior to entering financial services, Ms. Fortuna was COO of the boutique law firm Porzio, Bromberg & Newman.

Ms. Fortuna earned a B.S. in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.
