Tasos Arampatzis

Tasos Arampatzis is a managing director in Evercore’s London-based strategic advisory practice, specialising in telecommunications and digital infrastructure.

Recent experience includes advising Proximus on the sale of its mobile towers in Luxembourg to InfraRed, and CPP Investments on its investment in TIM NetCo in Italy.

Select deals during his tenure at Credit Suisse include advising Apax and Warburg Pincus on the acquisition of T-Mobile Netherlands; OMERS on the acquisitions of Deutsche Glasfaser and Inexio; the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund on the sale of a 5% stake in OTE Group to Deutsche Telekom; KKR on the sale of United Group to BC Partners; and Deutsche Telekom on the acquisition of UPC Austria.

Prior to joining Evercore in July 2023, Mr. Arampatzis was a director in the telecom, media & technology team at Credit Suisse. He began his career in Société Générale’s TMT team.

Mr. Arampatzis holds an MSc from Rotterdam School of Management and a BSc from Athens University of Economics and Business.
