Tariq Ennaji is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business based in London.

Mr. Ennaji joined Evercore in 2013 and has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking, focused on public and private M&A, cross-border M&A and capital raisings in the U.K. and internationally.

His transaction experience includes advising Gresham House on its take private by Searchlight Capital, Tulchan Communications on its sale to Teneo, NortonLifeLock on its combination with Avast, Pinebridge Benson Elliot on its acquisition of Sigma Capital Group, Connells on its acquisition of Countrywide, Harwood Wealth Management on its sale to Carlyle and Hurst Point, MedicX on its all-share merger with Primary Health Properties, and Strutt & Parker on its sale to BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Ennaji was an associate at Citigroup in London, where he was involved in a range of M&A and capital markets transactions in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He received a Masters in Management and Finance from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
