Tammy Kiely
Tammy Kiely is a senior managing director in Technology investment banking at Evercore. Based in Menlo Park, she focuses on semiconductor and technology clients.
Prior to Evercore, Ms. Kiely was at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco for almost 25 years, most recently as partner and co-head of the technology investment banking practice. She has worked with numerous clients across a variety of transactions, such as the sale of Ampere to Softbank; Synopsys’ acquisition of Ansys; Nvidia’s acquisition of Mellanox; the sale of Altera to Intel; the sale of Arm to Softbank; Marvell’s acquisition of Cavium; and the IPOs of Credo, Arm, Mobileye, Freescale, NXP and Monolithic Power Systems.
Ms. Kiely serves as co-president of the board of trustees for the San Jose Museum of Art, on the Foundation Board for California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is co-chair of the 2026 American Heart Association Heart Ball in the Bay Area.
She earned a B.S. in business administration and accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller scholar.
