Simon Warshaw

Simon Warshaw is a senior managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice.

Mr. Warshaw was a founding partner of Robey Warshaw, acquired by Evercore in 2025. He has 40 years’ experience advising clients on a broad range of transactions across multiple industries and geographies, especially in the U.K., where he has advised on some of the largest deals ever. Simon began his career at S.G. Warburg which became UBS Investment Bank and where his roles included co-head of global investment banking.

He is chair of The Old Vic Theatre, having previously been a trustee of The Royal National Theatre for eight years.

Mr. Warshaw read engineering science at Christ Church, Oxford.
