Simon Park

Simon Park is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice, focused on pharma services and healthcare technology.

Mr. Park has advised a number of public and private healthcare companies, and financial sponsors on M&A and capital raising transactions. Notable engagements include advising Quest Analytics on its sale to an undisclosed financial sponsor; DeepIntent on its sale to Vitruvian; Thrive Pet Healthcare on its debt exchange and capital raise; Waystar on its initial public offering; ASCO on its sale of CancerlinQ business to ConcertAI; IVX on its minority stake sale to Great Hill; Stratus Video on its sale to AMN; and Allscripts on its sale of ownership interest in Netsmart to TA.

Prior to Evercore, Mr. Park worked at Ernst & Young in the derivative valuation group.

Mr. Park earned his B.S. in finance and accounting from New York University and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
