Shaun Finnie
Shaun Finnie is a senior advisor and head of the firm’s oil & gas acquisition and divestiture advisory business.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Finnie was a managing director and head of M&A for Scotia Waterous in the U.S. Earlier in his career, he was an oil & gas banker at Goldman Sachs, and a corporate lawyer specializing in oil & gas transactions. He has been advising oil & gas exploration and production companies as a lawyer and banker for over 30 years.
Mr. Finnie earned a B.A. from the University of Saskatchewan, a J.D. from The University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
