Seth Fromer is a managing director in Evercore’s investment banking business. He advises clients on a wide range of financial and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and restructurings across the telecommunications sector.

Since he joined the firm in 2015, Mr. Fromer’s notable transactions include advising on EchoStar’s all-stock merger with DISH, Colt’s acquisition of Lumen EMEA, Facebook’s attempted shareholder reclassification, Corteva’s acquisition of Stoller, Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ acquisition of GW Pharma, and Ford’s Covid-induced high-yield bond raise.

Previously, Mr. Fromer worked at Madison Strategic Partners, an alternative asset management company in New York City.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in classical languages and a concentration in actuarial mathematics. Prior to joining Evercore, he earned his J.D./MBA from Columbia University.
