Saul Goodman
Saul Goodman is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business and head of its global alternative asset management practice. In 2019, he was named Game Changer of the Year by Private Equity International, the first advisor to do so.
Mr. Goodman has led many private situations and public M&A and capital raising transactions, including for 17Capital, AEA, American Securities, Arlington, Arsenal, Aurora, BC Partners, Bridgepoint, Carlyle, Coller, Cortec, Francisco, FTV, Gauge, General Catalyst, GI Partners, Golub, Great Hill, GTCR, Harvest, HGGC, H.I.G. Capital, HPS, I Squared, Kayne Anderson, KKR, Kohlberg, Lead Edge, Leonard Green, Levine Leichtman, Monroe, Montagu, Nautic, NEA, New Mountain, Nordic Capital, Oak Hill Capital, Oak Hill Advisors, PAI, Platinum, Quantum Energy, Rockpoint, Searchlight, Sentinel, Shamrock, Silver Lake, Starwood, Symphony Technology, Thrive, TowerBrook, TPG, TSG Consumer, Vista Equity, Vistria and Wind Point.
He has also been involved with many large corporate-client transactions at Evercore, which he joined in 1998.
Mr. Goodman graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida and received his MBA with honors from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
