Sarah Blomfield is Europe, Asia and the Middle East general counsel with over 27 years’ experience spanning legal, compliance and risk.

Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Blomfield was managing director and regional head of compliance at Rothschild & Co in London. She started her legal career at Slaughter and May and Allen & Overy in London, where she focussed primarily on mergers and acquisitions, financial regulation and private equity.

She holds an M.A. in history from the University of Cambridge, serves as a school governor and is on the development committee of the English National Ballet.
