Sandeep Saini

Sandeep Saini is a senior managing director and global chief information officer at Evercore.  

Prior to joining Evercore in 2025, Mr. Saini worked at Bank of America for 18 years in technology leadership roles supporting core businesses, including global markets and research, and corporate, investment, commercial and business banking.

Mr. Saini has over 25 years of expertise in formulating and aligning technology strategy with business goals and leading application design and development teams, system operations and infrastructure management groups for global markets and banking franchises.

He earned a B.S. in software engineering from India’s Punjab Engineering College and an MBA in finance and strategic management from Rutgers University.
