Samer Sweidan

Samer Sweidan is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice, focused on technology.

Previously, Mr. Sweidan led coverage of software investment banking in EMEA at Deutsche Bank, where he originated and executed such transactions as the sale of Benify to Zellis/Apax, acquisitions of Brevo by General Atlantic and Oakley, Accountor by KKR, Beekeeper by LumApps/Bridgepoint, LumApps by Bridgepoint and Softway by Bain, in addition to minority acquisitions of IFS by ADIA and SEPTEO by GIC.

Earlier in his career, he was a tech investment banker with Arma Partners in London, a TMT investment banker with TAP Advisors in New York, and an investment banker with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Dubai.
