Sachin Aggarwal
Sachin Aggarwal is a senior managing director in the firm’s Equity Capital Markets business. He focuses on advising clients in the healthcare, consumer and retail sectors on structuring and executing public and private equity and equity-like transactions.
Over his career, Mr. Aggarwal has worked on over 500 transactions across initial public offerings, follow-ons, convertibles and private placements, raising over $200 billion. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Aggarwal was a managing director in the equity capital markets group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where his roles included senior deal captain on the syndicate desk, co-head of private capital markets, and senior originator across equity and structured equity products. Mr. Aggarwal started his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch, where he focused on financing advisory, corporate separations and new product development.
Mr. Aggarwal graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. and an M.S. in finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
