Sabrina Kureshy

Sabrina Kureshy is a managing director in Evercore’s financial institutions group based in New York.

Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Kureshy was a director in the financial institutions group at RBC, where she spent eight years focused on the banking sector. Previously, she was with the financial institutions group at Deutsche Bank.

Ms. Kureshy has advised on several notable transactions, including the merger of BB&T and SunTrust to form Truist; BB&T’s acquisitions of National Penn Bancshares, Susquehanna Bancshares, Bank of Kentucky and Citibank’s Texas retail banking operations; multiple acquisitions for Truist Insurance, including BenefitMall, Constellation Affiliated Partners, Regions Insurance and Swett & Crawford; and Fifth Third’s sale of its St. Louis and Pittsburgh retail branches.

She holds a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College.
