Ryan Rohloff is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group.

He is responsible for originating and advising financial sponsors on GP-led secondary transactions, institutional investors on the disposal of private financial assets, and other special situations within the secondary market.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Rohloff was a member of the secondary advisory team at PJT Partners (formerly The Blackstone Group). Mr. Rohloff’s career began at KPMG Corporate Finance advising on mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Rohloff earned a B.S. in accounting and finance and an M.A. in corporate accounting from Florida State University.
