Rosabella Magat

Rosabella Magat is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business, focusing on consumer & retail.

Ms. Magat has been involved in a broad range of advisory assignments for clients globally. Recent notable transactions include Foot Locker’s sale to DICK’S Sporting Goods; Kirin’s acquisitions of Bell’s Brewery and New Belgium Brewing; International Flavors & Fragrances’ merger with DuPont’s Nutrition & Biosciences and its acquisition of Frutarom; WH Smith’s acquisition of travel retailer InMotion; Amberen’s sale to Alliance Pharma; and equity transactions for Amer and Birkenstock.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Magat was with Greenhill & Co. in New York and London, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries.

She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in economics and finance from Claremont McKenna College and earned an M.Sc. in finance from Imperial Business School in London.
