Rohan Shetty
Rohan Shetty is a managing director focused on advising companies in building and water systems and products.
Notable deals include advising United Technologies on its portfolio review; the all-stock merger of NCI Building Systems with Ply Gem; Armstrong World Industries on its decision to spin off its flooring business; Guardian Industries on its sale to Koch Industries; Foundation Building Materials on its sale to American Securities; and Rexnord on its Reverse Morris Trust transaction with Regal Beloit and the subsequent merger of Zurn Water Solutions with Elkay Manufacturing.
Prior to joining Evercore in 2013, Mr. Shetty was an associate in the M&A department of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where select transactions include the sale of Insight Global to Ares Management, and Crossmark to Warburg Pincus.
Mr. Shetty holds an MBA with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar and only recipient of the Lillian and Charles Leech Prize for Excellence in Finance. He also earned an M.S. in computer science from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s from the University of Mumbai.
