Rohan Shetty

Rohan Shetty is a senior managing director focused on advising companies in building and water systems and distribution.

Notable deals include advising United Technologies on its three-way separation and Morris Trust transaction with Raytheon; Armstrong World Industries as its separation; Rexnord on its Reverse Morris Trust transaction with Regal Beloit and the subsequent merger of Zurn Water Solutions with Elkay; Foundation Building Materials on its sale to American Securities; AZZ on its redemption of Blackstone preferred and divestiture of AIS; Honeywell on the acquisition of Carrier’s Global Access Solutions; ASC Engineered Solutions on its sale of minority and acquisition of Reliable Sprinklers; PGTI Windows on its sale to MITER brands; Summit Materials on its sale to Quikrete; and SuppyHouse on its sale of minority to KKR.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2013, Mr. Shetty was an associate in the M&A department of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Shetty holds an MBA with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar and the sole recipient of the Lillian and Charles Leech Prize for Excellence in Finance. He has also earned an M.S. in computer science from the University of Southern California.
