Robert Andrews

Robert Andrews is a managing director and Evercore’s head of diversity and inclusion.

Most recently, Mr. Andrews was a senior equity sales trader in Evercore ISI’s trading department, where he was the primary trading coverage for institutional asset management clients. He also served as co-head of Evercore’s Traditionally Underrepresented Minorities (TURM) employee network.

Prior to joining Evercore ISI, Mr. Andrews worked at Morgan Stanley as an executive director in the institutional equity division, serving on the sales trading desk as well as heading direct access business on the NYSE. Mr. Andrews started his financial services career at Dean Witter before transitioning to Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Andrews serves on the board of the Evercore Foundation, and he is a trustee of the Charles Hayden Foundation, which seeks to promote the mental and social development of economically disadvantaged youth in Boston and New York City. Mr. Andrews is also a frequent volunteer with multiple charitable organizations serving youth.

He earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
