Riva Narula is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business.

Mrs. Narula’s expertise lies in advising clients through complex and strategic transactions, including spinoffs, split-offs, RMTs and corporate restructurings. Over the last decade, she has successfully guided clients on some of the largest and most notable corporate transactions, establishing herself as a trusted advisor.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mrs. Narula was a part of the M&A group at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on advising large, multinational companies on complex transactions across industries.

Mrs. Narula graduated cum laude from George Washington University with a B.A. in computer science and business administration.
