Richard Cutshall

Richard Cutshall is a managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group and focuses on advising limited partners on secondary market liquidity transactions and providing execution services.

Mr. Cutshall has extensive relationships with institutional investors across North America and works closely with limited partners on the execution of strategic sales and structured liquidity alternatives. He has worked with leading public and private pensions, university endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, financial institutions, family offices and other owners of private financial assets.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Cutshall was an investment professional at AlpInvest/Caryle Group and Performance Equity Management in New York City.

Mr. Cutshall earned a B.S. in economics from the University of Utah.
