Randi Brown is a senior managing director and head of the Human Capital Group for U.S. Investment Banking. She also oversees the firm’s talent acquisition function, including campus and experienced hire recruiting.

Ms. Brown joined Evercore in 2012 and spent five years as the head of recruiting and training. Previously, she worked at Morgan Stanley and Citi in several leadership roles in campus recruiting.

She earned a B.A. in economics from New York University.
