Rami Nakhle is a managing director in the Middle East strategic advisory business.

Mr. Nakhle has nearly 15 years of experience advising on a broad range of transactions in the Middle East and Europe, including Network International on its initial public offering and related cornerstone investment by Mastercard; the Public Investment Fund (PIF) on its investment in AccorInvest; and Mawarid Finance on the sale of its ownership in Salma Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital to SEHA.

Previous notable deals include advising Argus Media on the sale of a majority stake to General Atlantic; TUI on the sale of Hotelbeds to Cinven and CPPIB; Vivendi/Canal+ on the sale of a controlling interest in TVN to Scripps Networks Interactive; RTL Group on its re-IPO; and CVC on the recapitalisation of F1.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Nakhle worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s corporate and investment banking division, including in the technology, media & telecom team in London and the Middle East team in Dubai.

Mr. Nakhle holds a Master Grande Ecole in Management and Finance from HEC Paris.
