Philip Apostolides

Philip Apostolides is a senior managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice.

Mr. Apostolides was one of the founding partners of Robey Warshaw, acquired by Evercore in 2025. He has over 30 years’ experience advising clients on a broad range of transactions across industries. Previously, he was a managing director at Morgan Stanley in London, where he began his career as an analyst in 1992.

Mr. Apostolides read economics at Queens’ College, Cambridge.
