Peter Mattia is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice, focusing on aerospace & defense, automotive and diversified industrials.

Mr. Mattia has advised Chromalloy, a Carlyle portfolio company, on its sale to Veritas Capital; Titan, a Carlyle and Stellex portfolio company, on its sale to Lone Star Funds; Arcturus UAV on its sale to AeroVironment; Sparton, a Cerberus portfolio company, on its sale to Elbit Systems; Adient on the monetization of its Yanfeng Seating JV interest; Bosch on its acquisition of SPX Service Solutions; Precoat Metals, a Carlyle portfolio company, on its sale to AZZ; and FXI on its sale to One Rock Capital.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Mattia was at Rothschild, focused on M&A and strategic advisory assignments for a broad range of industrials clients.

Mr. Mattia holds a B.S. in economics from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
