Peter Fearnley is a senior managing director in Evercore’s European debt advisory business, based in London.

Mr. Fearnley advises corporates, private equity, infrastructure funds and governments on a broad range of debt financing transactions, with a particular focus on infrastructure, real estate, energy and structured finance.

His recent clients include corporates such as Renantis, Preem, Calisen, National Grid, AA, Thames Water, Scotia Gas Networks, and HC-One, as well as private equity/infrastructure sponsors that include JPM Asset Management, Macquarie Asset Management, Ardian Infrastructure, Igneo, Astatine Infrastructure Partners, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, USS and Arcus.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2014, Mr. Fearnley was a director in the debt advisory team of Rothschild & Co in London.

Mr. Fearnley earned a B.A. from Nottingham Business School and qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte.
