Peter Brundage
Peter D. Brundage is a senior managing director and helps lead the firm’s Dallas investment banking practice.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Brundage was managing director in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs, where he worked for over 30 years. During his career, he advised companies throughout the Southwest on a wide range of transactions, including financings and M&A. He has worked extensively with companies in the energy, industrial, consumer and technology markets.
Mr. Brundage serves on the board of directors of the Susan G. Komen Foundation and the finance committee of the AT&T Performing Arts Center. He formerly held the positions of chairman of the board of the Susan G. Komen Foundation and chairman of The College Foundation of the University of Virginia; he also served on the advisory board of the Baylor Healthcare System and as a national trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs in the Southwest region.
He earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
