Paul-Emmanuel Prunet is a senior managing director in Evercore’s investment banking business. Mr. Prunet is focused on M&A, financings and strategic advisory across the industrials and industrial technology sectors.

He has advised on transactions and advisory assignments for a range of clients, including Adient, Ardian, BAE Systems, Ball Corp., Borg Warner, Cerberus, The Carlyle Group, Esterline, Eurazeo, Fortive, Hanon Systems, IK Partners, Meggitt, Mercury Systems, Mesa Labs, Nexteer Automotive, PerkinElmer, Schlumberger, Skyryse, Spaceflight, Teledyne, Transdigm Group, Veritas, VIA Motors and Visteon.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2017, Mr. Prunet was at Rothschild & Co, where most recently he was a director advising on M&A in the industrials group. During his tenure at Rothschild, Mr. Prunet spent five years in Paris and seven in New York.

Mr. Prunet earned his MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
