Nirav Amlani

Nirav Amlani is a managing director focused on advising companies in the industrials sector in Europe, with experience in a wide range of subsectors, including building materials & distribution, business services and paper & packaging.

Notable deals include advising Inspired plc on its sale to HGGC, Vossloh on the acquisition of Sateba, Mannok on its sale to Cimsa and Sabanci, Investindustrial on its sale of Neolith to CVC Capital Partners, Canpack on its sale of CP Glass to BA Glass, and Sureserve plc on its sale to Cap10 Partners.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Amlani spent nine years at Credit Suisse in the industrials team advising on M&A, equity and debt-related transactions, including the merger of Holcim and Lafarge, the sale of LafargeHolcim assets to CRH and the sale of Global Closure Systems by PAI Partners to RPC Group. In addition, he has advised on several equity and debt financing transactions.

Mr. Amlani earned a Master and Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (Kharagpur).
