Nemo Rime
Nemo Rime is a managing director in Evercore’s healthcare strategic advisory business based in London. Having joined Evercore in 2019, he has worked extensively with clients across healthcare subsectors, including pharma, biotech, pharma services and life science tools.
Recent notable transactions include advising Novartis on the sale of its ophthalmology assets to Bausch + Lomb, F2G on its strategic collaboration with Shionogi, AstraZeneca on its acquisition of Alexion, and Horizon Discovery on its sale to Perkin Elmer. Mr. Rime has also been involved in IPOs for European companies on the NASDAQ.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Rime worked in the healthcare teams of Lazard and Deutsche Bank, advising clients including UCB on the acquisition of Proximagen, Wilson Therapeutics on its sale to Alexion, and Spinifex on its sale to Novartis.
Mr. Rime graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a Master in Finance and a double-degree in management (CEMS) at the London School of Economics. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from the University of Geneva.
