Nemo Rime

Nemo Rime is a managing director in Evercore’s healthcare strategic advisory practice based in London. Having joined Evercore in 2019, he has worked extensively with clients across healthcare subsectors, including pharma, biotech, pharma services and life science tools.

Recent notable transactions include advising Siegfried on its acquisition of Noramco; GSK on the acquisitions of RAPT Therapeutics and a novel asset from Boston Pharma; EQT on the acquisition of Adalvo; WuXi Biologics on the sale of its German manufacturing business to Terumo; Novartis on the sale of its PET cyclotron networks to Siemens Healthineers and the divestment of its ophthalmology assets to Bausch + Lomb; IDT Biologika on its sale to SK Biosciences; and AstraZeneca on its acquisition of Alexion.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Rime worked in the healthcare teams of Lazard and Deutsche Bank, where select deals included advising UCB on the acquisition of Proximagen, Wilson Therapeutics on its sale to Alexion, and Spinifex on its sale to Novartis.

Mr. Rime graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a Master in Finance and a double degree in management (CEMS) at the London School of Economics. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from the University of Geneva.
