Nemo Rime

Nemo Rime is a managing director in Evercore’s healthcare strategic advisory practice based in London. Having joined Evercore in 2019, he works extensively with clients across pharma, biotech and pharma services.

Recent notable transactions include advising Siegfried on its acquisition of Noramco; GSK on the acquisitions of RAPT Therapeutics and a novel asset from Boston Pharma; EQT on the acquisition of Adalvo; WuXi Biologics on the sale of its German manufacturing business to Terumo; Novartis on the sale of its PET cyclotron networks to Siemens Healthineers and the divestment of its ophthalmology assets to Bausch + Lomb; IDT Biologika on its sale to SK Biosciences; and AstraZeneca on its acquisition of Alexion.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Rime worked at Lazard and Deutsche Bank, advising on transactions across healthcare verticals.

Mr. Rime holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from the University of Geneva, an M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a double degree in International Management (CEMS) with the London School of Economics.
